One Time Billing fees will be charged "ONE TIME" per transaction and for the length of time you signed up for.

Recurring Billing fees will recur "continue" until the subscriber cancels them by contacting the billing service directly (CCBILL etc.) or by email only and ensuring that you get a response from shyrenee.com stating the account has been cancelled). However when cancelling via email correspondence through shyrenee.com directly, a four day advance notice must be given to ensure the account will be cancelled prior to the next billing period.  Until the Subscriber cancels the account and has received a cancellation confirmation via email from the billing service or shyrenee.com the account is still active and will continue to be billed.   

Theft of / Sharing of Login:  Subscribers username and password may not be assigned or transfered to any other person(s).  Subscriber must immediately contact shyrenee.com via email regarding any possible loss, theft or unauthorized use of their username  and or password.  Until shyrenee.com is notified the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the services provided by shyrenee.com to it's members.

shyrenee.com may cancel / terminate a membership at any time and for any reason deemed fit by shyrenee.com.  The Subscriber may also cancel their subscription / membership at any given time and for any reason they deem fitting.  However when cancellation / termination is requested by the Subscriber a refund of subscription fees will not be issued and the subscriber will have access until the last day of the billing period they happen to be in when cancellation / termination is requested.
